We are observing a progressive decrease in error rates but the issue is still ongoing with our infrastructure provider.

Identified

We've identified an issue affecting Generative Answering that is being caused by one of our infrastructure providers. Customers using this service are currently seeing abnormally elevated error rates. Our team is investigating and will post regular updates until solved.
