Identified

We identified an issue affecting Search in all regions.

A third party security company has flagged Coveo’s services on an “AI/ML” block list, resulting in our Search services being blocked on some enterprise networks enforcing web filtering rules.

Our team is working to reach this third party to mitigate the impact and will post regular updates until solved.
